Job description
Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team toward a profitable business plan and beyond. You will drive performance across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will hire, coach and develop staff, forecast and schedule to optimize sales, and manage daily operations within budget. This role requires flexibility, travel as needed, and a focus on results and compliance.
