Job description
Gap is seeking a General Manager in Massachusetts to lead a store team, drive profitable sales, and translate the brand vision into store realities. You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
You will analyze performance, forecast and schedule, manage the store budget, and coach teams while implementing SOPs and promoting community involvement. A 3–5 year retail leadership background is preferred.
