Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for creating and executing business plans to meet sales, profit and customer satisfaction targets.
The role requires leadership of teams from staffing and training to daily supervision, with a focus on driving sales, controlling costs and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Pay ranges from $54,300 to $80,750 per year with benefits.
