Job description
Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager to shape the guest experience and lead the store team in Henderson, NV. You will coach your Assistant General Manager, drive sales targets, and maintain operational excellence while delivering Every Guest Every Time.
You will mentor, train, and coach staff, develop sales strategy, manage scheduling and budgeting, monitor inventory, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.
