Job description
Old Navy seeks a General Manager to lead a Joliet store, delivering a profitable business plan and ensuring key metrics are met. You will drive sales across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development, coaching the team to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
You’ll forecast and schedule, manage the store budget, build capable teams, teach strong operations, and ensure compliance while promoting inclusivity and community involvement.
