Job description
Thorntons LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, driving a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and in-stock shopping experience. You will lead the team to achieve performance targets under the Plan to Win strategy and demonstrate Thorntons’ core values.
The GM will train and coach team members, manage safety and compliance, optimize inventory and scheduling, and partner with regional leadership to grow sales and profitability year over year.
