Job description
Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a General Manager to lead retail store operations and donation handling, ensuring safety, excellent customer service, and mission delivery. You will mentor Production Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Team Leads to drive continuous improvement while meeting budget targets.
You will develop staffing plans, monitor performance, and coordinate with HR and Logistics to optimize store performance.
