Job description
Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team toward a profitable business plan and strong customer experience. You will align brand vision with in-store operations, driving sales growth and talent development across Customer Operations, Merchandising and Product Operations.
Responsibilities include forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, coaching, SOP execution, and ensuring compliance while promoting an inclusive, community-minded store culture.
