You'll set the tone for excellence, drive growth through data-driven decision-making, and create a culture where people take pride in their work and deliver exceptional results every day.What You'll DoLead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals.Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.Develop and coach Assistant GMs, preparing them for future leadership roles.Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in every facet of operations.What We're Looking ForYou're a decisive, people-first leader with proven retail or multi-unit management experience.
