Job description
Eataly is seeking a General Manager of Retail to oversee the store's complex retail operations, drive profitability, and maintain a hands-on leadership presence on the floor.
You will work closely with the Director of Store Operations, manage the Fresh Market and Market Managers, develop departmental goals, analyze financial data, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration.
