Job description
Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rockaway, New Jersey to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving store performance. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and managing inventory.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate degree or higher.
