Job description
C3 Industries is seeking a People Business Partner to support assigned retail locations on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, and day‑to‑day people needs. This mid‑level HR role travels to stores to partner with leadership and hourly teams, ensuring consistent, compliant practices and a strong employee experience.
You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition on onboarding, support leave and investigations, and help implement HR initiatives across markets.
