Job description
SPS Commerce, Inc. is seeking a Retail Insights Manager (Sales Engineer) to serve as the customer-facing SME on retail deductions, chargebacks, and compliance.
You will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to co-pilot deals from discovery to close, translating retailer knowledge into compelling ROI stories for suppliers.
