Job description
Sur La Table in Darien, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support a GM or SM in achieving sales goals, store operations, and staff performance.
You will coach employees, drive customer service, manage scheduling and training, monitor inventory, and ensure SOPs are followed. This role requires 1–2 years of progressive retail management experience and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
