Job description
The Salvation Army in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Sales Lead for the Durango Store to drive sales, supervise team members, and deliver excellent customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, ensure donation flow and merchandising standards, and help meet budget goals while fostering a welcoming community environment.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training, cash handling, and maintaining security and safety protocols.
