Retail Lead Generator/Brand AmbassadorJoin Closet Factory in Charlotte, NC as a Retail Lead Generator/Brand Ambassador, where you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our brand. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the community while representing a trusted name in custom closet solutions. If you are energetic, personable, and driven, you will thrive in this role supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers through various channels, including in-person events in our partnered retail stores.Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Closet Factory’s products and services in a professional and enthusiastic manner.Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to foster interest and trust.Capture accurate customer information and schedule design consultations.Maintain a clean, inviting display area with current marketing materials.Report daily activity and feedback to the Retail Lead Generation Manager.RequirementsExperience in retail, sales, marketing, or lead generation preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and availability to attend events as needed.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Friendly, outgoing personalityConfidence initiating conversations with shoppersAbility to stay positive and self-motivated during slower traffic periodsBasic computer skills for entering leads and tracking resultsBenefitsCompetitive compensation of $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team in Charlotte, NC.Gain valuable experience in sales and brand promotion within the home organization industry.About the CompanyCloset Factory is a leading provider of custom closet and storage solutions, committed to helping customers transform their spaces with functional and stylish designs.
