Job description
Journeys in Destin, FL is seeking a store operations role to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, training, and leading a sales team to hit store goals. You will promote a culture of customer service and accountability in a fast-paced teen retail environment.
You must be able to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds while upholding Journeys values and integrity.
