Job description
Ross Stores, a leading off-price retail chain with over 2,200 stores, is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Manager in Florence, KY. You will supervise store operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding company policies.
You will recruit and train associates, monitor performance, and manage payroll and scheduling. The role requires English fluency, prior retail leadership, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment at Ross Stores.
