Job description
Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to hire, develop and lead store associates while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. You will support the Store Manager in all operations and drive KPIs and financial targets through effective analysis, planning, and accountable leadership.
This role oversees in-store performance across brand execution, people development, operations and safety, including omni-channel initiatives.
