Job description
Thinkgood is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Long Beach to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding donor and customer service. You will report to the Store Manager and help drive sales goals while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities include supervising merchandising, scheduling, training, and daily deposits, ensuring accuracy and safety. The role requires 1–2 years in retail and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
