Job description
Lidl is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager in developing a high-performing team and delivering Lidl’s value-driven shopping experience. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive KPI improvement while ensuring excellent customer service.
You will participate in physical store tasks, handle cash and stock, and maintain a safe workplace, with opportunities for growth within Lidl’s nationwide operations.
