Job description
Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Trainee to develop leadership and operational skills for a future store manager role. You will receive hands-on training in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and associate development.
You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop associates, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business results. Relocation or commute to one of three area stores is required upon promotion.
