Job description
Menards is offering a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop you for a future management role within our growing company.
You will work with the General Management team and store staff to learn our operations and leadership requirements. As you progress, you’ll be prepared to advance to management roles across Menards’ extensive store network, with a culture that promotes from within and rewards performance.
