Job description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Market Leader for its Miami studio to drive local sales, marketing programs, and customer experience. You will lead a team, develop local strategies, manage events, and optimize performance against KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role requires 8+ years in sales leadership, automotive experience preferred, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will partner with cross-functional teams to elevate brand awareness and ownership in the local market.
