Job description
Member’s Cut is seeking a Director of Retail Meat to oversee all aspects of our meat operations, driving profitability, quality, and outstanding customer service. You will manage staffing, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations in a premium environment.
The ideal candidate has extensive retail meat management experience, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership to develop a high-performing team and implement growth strategies across retail and wholesale channels.
