We build long-lasting relationships.Texas Capital provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, fertility and family building aids, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans with a generous 401K match, paid leave programs, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).Headquartered in Dallas with offices in Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, Richardson, Plano and San Antonio, Texas Capital was recently named Best Regional Bank in 2024 by Bankrate and was named to The Dallas Morning News'Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex Top Workplaces 2023 and GoBankingRate's 2023 list of Best Regional Banks.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance, support and conflict resolution to team members, which includes adhering to Texas Capital Bank guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable lawsBuild influence and aid in execution of operational excellence for all financial centers and support daily operational needsAbility to facilitate cross team collaboration, provide feedback, operational and administrative support for Regional Operations Manager and Director of RetailAid in the execution of various audits, providing feedback, support, and updates to Regional Retail Managers and internal risk partnersAid in the development and support of training efforts within retail division by maintaining a properly cross-trained staffSupport for creation, modification and ongoing review of processes, procedures and training material for the department that support including operational changes and enhancementsTake initiative, execute, and oversee special projects as neededCoordinate operational issues including automation and equipment needs, workflow and transaction integrityTest and analyze system enhancements and upgradesPrepare, maintain and distribute various reportsQualifications5+ years in Retail Banking, Retail management experience preferredBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience preferredKnowledge of bank security protocols, all financial center operations, client solutions, client service and sales.Effective team player with ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Ability to effectively multi-task, manage time and competing prioritiesAbility to exercise independent judgment, deescalating concerns and implementing creative solutions to complex situations.Must possess willingness to assume ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to resolution in an accurate and timely mannerAbility to demonstrate strong leadership skills through change management efforts for the Retail environmentAbility to travel to multiple Financial Center sites to support various initiatives and continuous training effortsStrong technical proficiency in the use of MS Office, PowerBI, SalesForce, FISERV and various data/financial analytic reportingExceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to travel to multiple Financial Center sites to support various initiatives and continuous training effortsDay and Overnight Travel Required: 30 +/-The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
