Job description
The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) in Urbandale, IA to lead the Order Fulfillment team and uphold store standards. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive customer service excellence, training, and safety compliance on the sales floor.
As part of the store leadership team, you will model company policies, coach associates, manage performance, and supervise opening/closing duties to ensure readiness and operational continuity.
