American Eagle Financial Credit Union is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner – Retail to support our 16 CT branches and member service center. Based in East Hartford with hybrid work (3-4 days in office), you will partner with Retail leadership to recruit, engage, and develop talent while aligning with HR policy and strategy.
