Job description
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Louisville, KY 40245 (Hybrid)
Pay rate: $50-58 per hour on w2, without benefits/holidays/vacation
Must/Strongly Preferred
7–10+ years of procurement experience
Ideally Convenience Store (C-Store) experience
Experience managing procurement categories, suppliers, negotiations, sourcing, or delivery
Ability to support consumer-facing retail categories
Relevant Category Experience
Center Store / Snacks / Packaged Goods
Cold Beverages
Refrigerated Grocery
Dispensed Beverages
Food Service
Transferable backgrounds to consider
Manufacturing procurement, if the candidate has strong transferable category/supplier/procurement experience
Candidates who don't perfectly match C-Store but have clear procurement strengths
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.
