Retail Outlet Sales And Operations ManagerAs a Retail Outlet Sales and Operations Manager at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll lead and inspire a team dedicated to optimizing sales, operations, and customer experience within our outlet locations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring merchandise is received, staged, and sold efficiently, while maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-friendly showroom and warehouse. This hands-on leadership role blends sales strategy with back-end operational excellence to drive success across multiple departments.This is a full-time, in-store leadership position requiring flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strengths in the following skill areas:Retail sales and back-end operations leadershipTeam management, coaching, and schedulingInventory control and cycle countingLogistics coordination and merchandise flowSafety compliance and warehouse standardsShowroom merchandising and outlet presentationCustomer experience and satisfactionPerformance feedback and employee developmentCritical thinking and process improvementAt Bob's, we have fun, we love what we do, and we're growing fast!
