What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, refreshing displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions, ensuring the store always looks its best.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including reconciling daily cash and credit card receipts.
Monitor stock levels diligently, executing restocking procedures and cycle counts, and reporting any discrepancies to management to ensure inventory accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a genuine ability to connect with people.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and general retail operations.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in merchandising and inventory control.
