Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to help deliver a straightforward, customer-focused store experience. In this temporary role, you’ll welcome shoppers, answer product questions, and handle transactions while reflecting our practical, good-humored brand. You’ll support merchandising, stocking, and inventory recovery to keep the sales floor full, clean, and organized. Working closely with teammates and leaders, you’ll assist during peak traffic times and promotions, helping maintain Duluth’s high standards of service and store presentation.
