Retail Sales/Small Loader OperatorGirard Resources & Recycling, LLC is currently taking applications for a full-time position as a Retail Sales/Small Loader Operator. We sell topsoil, bark, and aggregate products to residential and commercial companies. We are looking for individuals who are exceptionally driven with strong character, and an eagerness to join our team.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Complete transactions through QuickBooks Point of SaleReconciliation of tillAnswer phonesSchedule homeowner deliveriesLoad landscape material into customer vehicles and trailers with small loader/backhoeAssist with general retail yard maintenanceInteract with customersRetail sales of landscape productsComplete product/tipping tickets for all imported and/or exported materialsAssist with daily company paperworkDirect commercial/residential vehicles to appropriate areas for off-loading of materialsRequired Skills:Must be able to operate small front end loaders and backhoesAbility to operate computers with basic knowledge of Microsoft products and emailAbility to lift 25 pounds or moreMust keep an organized and professional appearance at all timesGood verbal and written communication skills are essentialBe self-motivated and reliable to meet performance standardsHistory of good employment attendanceMust be flexible to work weekendsEmployee Benefits: (Benefits available after specified length of employment)Paid HolidaysPTOCompany covers 100% of the Employee's Health, Dental, and Vision401K with company matching up to 2% available after 1YR of Full Time Employment
