Expected Hours: 25 - 35 hrs per week

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
Serve drinks and help customers choose the right Kratom strain.
Educate customers with in-depth product knowledge.
Meet sales targets through strong customer engagement.
Show dependability in carrying out your duties.
Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Sales or retail experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts.

If you meet the initial qualifications, you’ll receive a link to schedule your first Zoom interview
The interview will be conducted by one of our assistants
The interview will be recorded for internal review.
If you pass the first round, you’ll be invited to schedule a second interview.
After the second interview, if you qualify, we will request 3 professional references.
Candidates selected for the role will move forward with onboarding.
Tentative training start date: Friday 20th (subject to confirmation).
