We are more than your average retailer- we value connection, warmth, and authenticity in each member of our team.We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part-time Retail Sales Keyholder (20 hours per week) for our Columbia Gorge Outlet store location in Troutdale, OR.Why you'll love working hereGenerous employee discount (50% off products!)Competitive compensation with paid time off, benefits, and 401k company match (for eligible employees)A collaborative team environment where your ideas are valuedOpportunities for professional growth and leadership developmentWhat you'll doSupport the store in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer serviceOpen and close the store independently and ensure readiness and security during each shiftCreate and execute daily plans while effectively communicating priorities with the teamEncourage positive selling behaviors and maintain a high-energy, customer-first environmentEnsure visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards are metMonitor and respond to store communications, including email and internal directivesComplete sales transactions with accuracy and efficiencyFollow all company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention guidelinesAct quickly to identify problems, recommend solutions, and escalate when necessarySupport ongoing training efforts and foster team developmentWhat we're looking for2+ years retail sales/customer service experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or shift-lead roleStrong communication skills—able to connect with both customers and team membersSelf-motivated and proactive, with a passion for helping othersTech-comfortable: experience with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft OfficeFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysComfortable with the physical demands of retail (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., ladder use)Reliable transportation to meet scheduling needsAbout PendletonWe're a heritage brand with a modern mission—crafting products with integrity, quality, and timeless style.
