Job description
Ann Taylor Bellevue is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver outstanding customer experiences while guiding a collaborative team. The role involves partnering with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and stepping in as manager when needed.
In this position you will coach associates, support onboarding, uphold brand standards, and foster a friendly, inclusive environment. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred to meet customer needs.
