Job description
Ann Taylor is seeking a part-time Sales Lead at Store 1203-Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, IL. You will play a key role in delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching associates, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability.
The role requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and some management experience. Proficiency with POS systems and strong communication are essential. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
