Job description
Soma in Louisville, KY is looking for a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, model excellent service, and uphold brand standards. You will guide daily operations and foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment that goes beyond the transaction to reflect our hospitality culture.
In this role you will open/close duties, coach and develop teammates, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and stock replenishment while maintaining knowledge of current promotions
