Job description
Soma, Lakeland store, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership and supervise the team. You’ll model exceptional hospitality, drive brand standards, and coach teammates to create personalized customer experiences that reflect Soma’s culture of service.
You’ll support operations, product knowledge, and omni-channel selling to meet store goals and deliver memorable shopping experiences. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
