Job description
Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5349-Eastview Mall-Soma-Victor, NY 14564 to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences.
You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team, and help meet sales goals through product knowledge and an omni-channel approach, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
