Job description
Soma in Skokie, IL is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering memorable customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage open/close tasks, and contribute to a welcoming, hospitality-driven store environment.
You will lead through example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and support scheduling and operations while maintaining a customer-focused culture across our brand.
