Job description
Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Tigard, OR to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that extends beyond transactions and drives memorable experiences reflecting our culture of hospitality.
You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team, manage operations, and ensure staff alignment with performance goals while maintaining schedule, inventory, and promotions knowledge.
