Soma Naples is seeking a Sales Lead to guide store teams, maintain brand standards, and create memorable customer experiences. You’ll partner with store leadership to set direction and model hospitality.
This part-time role requires strong communication, 2 years retail management preferred, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will oversee operations, coaching, scheduling, and inventory to drive results.
