Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Plano, TX location to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment. You’ll help set direction, support leadership tasks, and drive memorable shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required. This role is Regular/Part time.
