Job description
LOFT in Columbia, SC is seeking a Sales Lead who partners with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will become an expert on store operations and brand standards, stepping in as manager when needed.
Responsibilities include coaching a highly engaged team, onboarding new staff, maintaining visual and service excellence, and using available tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store. Flexible scheduling is required.
