Job description
Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for the Greensboro, NC store at The Shops at Friendly Center. You will supervise the team, lead by example, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.
You will partner with store leadership, coach associates, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment, and help achieve store goals with clear direction and support.
