Job description
LOFT in Salem, NH is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager. You’ll be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will help onboard and develop a high-energy team, maintain visual and operational standards, use tools to promote a seamless omnichannel experience, and drive store performance.
