Job description
LOFT in Hingham, MA is hiring a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach associates. You will become an in-store expert on operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
The role prefers 6 months of retail sales experience and some management experience, with a technology focus for POS and a customer-centric approach. Regular part-time hours with evenings and weekends are typical.
