Job description
Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Ann Taylor store in Fairfax, VA. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver personalized customer experiences and provide guidance to associates, stepping in as manager when needed.
Ideal candidates have 6 months of retail sales experience, are proficient with a POS system, and relish coaching teammates. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to meet store needs, with a focus on maintaining brand standards.
