Job description
LOFT in McLean, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding and supporting associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
The role emphasizes coaching, excellent communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced retail environment. Regular/Part Time opportunities with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
